1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.fabianotattoo.com and all related services provided by Fabiano Brandão Tattoo, including tattoo appointments, enquiries, and online purchases. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Tattoo Enquiries and Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and artist approval.

  • Enquiries must include accurate contact details, a clear description of your idea, and reference images where possible.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the final cost of the session.

  • Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may result in a cancelled session and loss of deposit.

 

3. Age and Legal Consent

  • You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed.

  • A valid photo ID is required at the time of the appointment.

  • It is illegal to tattoo anyone under 18 in the UK, even with parental consent.

 

4. Health Conditions

  • You must inform us in advance if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.

  • Fabiano Brandão Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service if it is considered unsafe to proceed.

 

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are subject to change based on the complexity, size, and placement of the tattoo.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation or on the day of the session.

  • Payments can be made in cash, or via secure online methods for product purchases.

  • All prices are in GBP (£).

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Tattoo deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of no-shows or late cancellations.

  • If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.

  • For product purchases, please refer to our Refund Policy.

 

7. Tattoo Aftercare and Results

  • You will be provided with professional aftercare instructions.

  • We are not responsible for healing issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

  • Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion within a limited period.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All tattoo designs, sketches, and website content are the intellectual property of Fabiano Brandão Tattoo.

  • You may not reproduce or use any design without written permission.

 

9. Online Shop (Ink Doctor Tattoo Care)

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days.

  • Shipping available within the UK only.

  • We aim for accurate product descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct any errors.

  • By purchasing products, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

 

10. Liability
